All of Crown Town Cakes' products are made-to-order per our customer's instructions, there are no pre-pack or ready-to-go products in our cooler. Every product you order is a custom work of edible art.

COVID-19 Precautions

Due to complications related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken the following precautions to help protect the safety of our community.

• Food preparation surfaces are sanitized between each use.

• Food service gloves are worn during preparation.

• Products are packaged in closed containers.

• Curbside and touchless pickup service is available.

Deposits

When we confirm your order, we have started the process of sourcing supplies, scheduling labor, and making delivery accommodations. In order to guarantee the best possible product and service, we require a deposit for 50% of the order total to secure a confirmation.

Photography of Sold Products

We are proud of the work we do, and may use photos of sold products to help promote our services. We also know that our sold products may be intended to be a surprise, and will not use photos of sold products within 24 hours of delivery.

If you would prefer that we not use photos of products for your order to be used for promotional material, please let us know before order confirmation.

Rush Orders

A Rush Order is any order that is confirmed with a due date less than ten (10) calendar days from the confirmation date. Rush Orders may incur an additional service charge, and must be paid in full in order before confirmation.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. In most cases, we can accommodate changes to fit your budget or schedule.

In the event your order needs to be cancelled, you will receive either a) a full refund if the cancellation is ten (10) calendar days before the delivery, b) a refund of the balance of the order deposit, less the minimum deposit fees if the cancellation is less than ten (10) calendar days before the delivery, or c) no refund is given for cancellations less than 48 hours before delivery.

Copyright and Decorations

For decorations that include art that is protected by copyright, we are obliged to follow the guidelines set out by the copyright holder. In some cases, this may mean that the copyright material is not available to be reproduced in our work. Crown Town Cakes will confirm the creative license details before confirming any order.

Takeout and Delivery

Crown Town Cakes offers take-out, including curbside pickup. In some cases, we can offer delivery at a mileage rate on minimum orders.

Setup

In some cases, your products may require some on-site assembly (eg: complicated cake toppers, live flower arrangements, etc...). In most cases, we will offer complimentary setup with paid delivery. If the setup is more complicated (eg: there's a drill involved), we may charge an additional setup fee.

Product Allergens

All of Crown Town Cakes' products are manufactured in a facility that also processes other common allergens like nuts, flour, dairy, eggs, and soy.

If you have any food sensitivities, please inform us at the time of order and we will do our best to accommodate any special dietary needs.
